LICENSE TERMS FOR THE KLEOS ADD-IN FOR MICROSOFT OUTLOOK (“LICENSE TERMS”).

 

Effective June 27, 2023

These License Terms are an agreement between you [the customer] and the Publisher that apply to KLEOS for Microsoft Outlook – Web Add-in (“the KLEOS Add-in”).

The KLEOS Add-in will allow you to organize your mails via Outlook in KLEOS cases using the KLEOS product (“KLEOS”). Access to and use of KLEOS is granted to you by the publisher (the “Publisher”) under separate license terms.

To use the KLEOS Add-in, you must be a KLEOS customer with an active subscription to KLEOS that includes the use of the KLEOS Add-in. The use terms that you are subject to for your KLEOS subscription apply to this KLEOS Add-in as if it was part of the KLEOS product.

The KLEOS Add-in is licensed and not sold. The KLEOS Add-in is not available for purchase or use by resellers but only for purchase and use by end users.

 

You may make one or more copies of the KLEOS Add-in in order to install and use the KLEOS Add-in on several end-users devices.

If your KLEOS subscription is terminated for any reason, you shall immediately cease the use of the KLEOS Add-in and uninstall the KLEOS Add-in from all end-user devices.

 

The use of the product or company name Microsoft® does not mean that there is a connection to or is approved by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft Corporation has not sponsored KLEOS Add-in and has not licensed any intellectual property for use with KLEOS Add-in.

The Publisher reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend these License Terms at any time. As applicable, the Publisher will notify you of material changes to these License Terms when you next access the KLEOS Add-in. The Publisher reserves the right at any time and from time-to-time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the KLEOS Add-in (or any part of it) with or without notice.
